Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Returns
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the item within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

You must provide photos showing the damage or incorrect item before sending it back.

Returns will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect items — we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or other reasons.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. After we inspect it, a replacement or refund will be processed.
2. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or style, you’ll need to place a new order for the correct item.
You can then return the original item to us in its unused and unworn condition.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
